Educating yourself on real estate investing and having the mindset alone can impact whether or not it's right for anyone. In my opinion, that's not a lot of debt but to each it's own. I wouldn't tell anyone not to invest. But real estate investing is not for everyone.

I'm near Nashville and I was wondering by chance if ANYONE can help me find someone willing to lend to new investors. Sense there's a slim chance that I won't find 100% coverage, I was wondering if using two lenders for my first deal makes any sense. Any help would be appreciated. I don't even mind shadowing someone or if anyone would be willing to help me out. Anything that could help me further my future as a real estate investor.

My biggest challenge is going for my first deal. I've been reading books and utilizing BP but I hopefully will have enough confidence to finally go for my first deal.
