Lender Help in Las Vegas!

Hello BP community; I am looking at a potential fix and flip in Las Vegas about 25 minutes from the strip. It is being short sale'd by the lender and listed for 270k. How can I find a good hard money lender that will lend those numbers? (Obviously won't be paying full ask) -thanks all
