100% Stated Owner Occ w/603....sounds like a piece of cake. What's the problem?

You need stated - are you a wage earner or self employed...this makes a difference although you have a 603... If the borrower is a wage earner - try Fremont or MLN!

If it is a wage earner it is not exactly a piece of cake. Actually the only investor I know at 100% is Southstar. That program ends 12/1 though.

Who else can do it? For sure and right now.

Most others want a 620 on a wage earner.
