Portfolio Lender with 30-year Mortgages - San Antonio, TX area

Does anyone know of any portfolio lenders and/or small banks that offer non-conforming investment property mortgages with 30-year terms?

All the ones i have spoken too so far only go up to 20-years and this could be a cash flow killer if held for long term.
