Hello, I am new to investing and came across this hard money lender on Facebook. The terms seem too good to be true. 100% financing with 5% APR interest only payments and 2.5 points. Points will be returned upon loan repayment. Can anyone tell me if they have used this company before?

If you Google the names of a few of the officers shown and do a reverse image search of their photos, here’s what you find:

Chad Michael Jacobs - CEO, has a mugshot that doesn’t exactly look like his website photo, here:  https://mugshots.com/US-Counties/South-Carolina/Horry-County-SC/Chad-Michael-Jacobs.179587473.html

Ok you say, there are probably thousands of Chad Michael Jacobs out there.
