Is there any website for bad contracts based on city
Hi Guys,
I am looking to purchase a property in PA and would like to know if there is a website for bad contractors. Please let me know 2 or 3 criteria you use to make a decision on a contractor for a rehab project?

You could try Yelp...? Ignore any references they give, you no one gives out bad references, right?
1) You want to check the validity of their Contractors License on the state website. See if there are any issues or complaints. 2) Check their liability insurance, and Worker's Comp. 3) Ask for photos and addresses and drive by.
