Looking for good contractors in St. Louis.

I'm looking for a good contractor in the St. Louis area to help with a reasonable small job. Project to include the following work:

Replacing flooring & Cabinetry
General Maintenance and work

I'm converting a unit that was originally 2 units, but was later turned into one, back into 2 units. the unit has only one electric service. Also, it has only one furnace and hot water tank. I'll need new electric service, furnace & hot water heater . . . so, all and all, there is no MAJOR renovating, simply getting these 2 units operational. . .
