Hi Fellow BPs

We have 3 small (6,000-12,000sf each) construction project in early permitting

These are all small MF efficiency unites in Seattle.

While we are working with a couple right now, it is time to expand our network to support our growth.

Any referrals for small MF/TH builders is highly appreciated
