Hey BP community, 

Should you gut your distressed (molded) properties out before wholesaling to an investor? 

Honestly I think it can be a trademark of yours. Before/ after pictures of progress. It can be your stamp in this market. It will take a budget, but mean while you have a standard for your clients.

Wonder what you guy's thoughts about this topic is.
