HVAC Estimate for a SFR, 4Br/2Ba, 1250 sq ft in Alabama

Good evening!  I'm attempting to try and get a quick and dirty estimate to install an HVAC into a home described above.  I'm using the BP calculator and went to ensure I've got a reasonable estimate on my costs.  I'll physically see the home tomorrow, but  based on the photos, there are no vents or duct work, just a few A/C units.  I'm going to assume for calculation purposes that a full install will be required.

This is a rent ready property.  Former tenants were using A/C window units.

I'll be seeking some estimates/bids in from contractors at the beginning of the week, but wanted an idea of what to expect cost wise as well as the see if there is a good rule of thumb to keep in mind when looking at future investment opportunities.

There's a lot of factors that play into it and you didn't provide much info. House on slab? On crawl, basement? One story or two? Older house or relatively new? Well insulated or not? If the power doesn't need to be upgraded and you're talking about replacing or installing everything HVAC related you would probably be looking at $5k to $7k if it's a newer house. If you need a bigger load center or something it could be a lot more. Does the house have a gas furnace? Also depends on whether you're going to a heat pump (common in that area) or a furnace with straight AC. (ps, I'm not an HVAC contractor)
