Hi I have a construction company and I have more work than I can handle I was wondering how do you know how much to pay a subcontractor and how do you go go about getting a contract job with them

Hi Michael, this might come off wrong....how do you own a construction company and not know how to go about these things?

Should be simple, let’s say you need electrical done, provide the electrical plan to the electrician and get a bid
