Qustions regarding PRO Account, Property Analysis Software and Wholesaler Calculator software

Good afternoon;

     I intend to upgrade to a PRO account, in June 2015. I was wondering; if both the Property Analysis Software, and the Wholesaler's Calculator are included with the PRO Account? Any and all information, will be appreciated. I look forward to your replies. Have a good day.

Yes they are. There is also a really nice feature to create brochures where you can upload your logo and a picture of the house. Looks very smooth. Plus this site has made me more than 100X what it has cost me.
