Last week I hosted my first Live Chat about Turnkey Investing with @James Wise. 

Next week's topic is Finding an Investor-Friendly Agent. I'll be chatting with @Darren Sager, an agent in New Jersey (in the NYC metro area) who works almost exclusively with investors.
