@Chris Armstrong sorry to hear you did not enjoy the show. I mentioned that my exit strategy when purchasing was to have the numbers work long term if I needed to rent that way as a last resort. In the last 8 years in business I have not had to rely on that method. I do rent some medium term, furnished for under six months, for less that airbnb prices but significantly more than long term.
