Can't catch a deal if our life's depended on
hey BP. I just wanted to come on here and vent. Me and my fiance can't catch a deal if our lives depended on it. We are 0-4 right now with getting out bid. we are constantly looking for deals on multiple sites. one of our agents send us auto mls listings that fits our criteria. we look at the house and then put in our offer then have one of our contractors look at it so we waste no time. This last offer we offered $1000 more than asking price an offered over half in earnest money and still was outbid. something has to give. I know cleveland is a hot market but c'mon. does anyone have any tips or tricks they would like to share? thanks in advanced.

You should put in a lot more offers. Massive action is what will be required to achieve your goal.
