I had something come up that said I wasn't allowed anymore active colleague requests I decided to go in and delete some of the really old ones.

I went to the networking tab, scrolled down to sent requests, clicked on it and it took me to a page that apparently doesn't exist? Joshua Dorkin, can you tell me how to clear out my sent requests purty pweese

Uwe S. - With the new "Connect" system, we've realized that in many cases where a user was mutually following other users (colleagues), they were listed as both colleagues and followers/followings. We've been running a script on the system to transform any mutual followerships to colleagueships to eliminate duplication.

Essentially, if someone was just following you, they are still following you. If someone was following you and you followed them back, you are now listed merely as colleagues.

I hope that makes sense.
