Do you still own the MHP?

If not, why did you get out of the MHP investment arm?

Thanks for sharing,

Virginia

You should attend the next Mobile Home Boot Camp put on by Frank Rolfe and co.

Every investor and investment type is different.  You need to start with a personal inventory of what you like and don't like about various types of investments.  MHP are great low liability (you're just renting the dirt) but then you have a completely different tenant than apartments or single family homes. They can have great returns and cash flow but also have different headaches and challenges than other types of investments.
