Mobile Home Selling NorCal: Selling on Notes
Hi! I am currently reading Lonnie Scruggs book, Making Money With Mobile Homes. I know it’s a little outdated, but I wanted to talk to someone who has implemented his strategies in the Northern California area or just in the California area in general. I understand there are some hoops you need to jump through and some red tape to cut through, I wanted to see how I can best prepare myself for this type of business in California. Any help or advice is much appreciated. Thanks!
