Hello all , new investor to the MHP space looking to get my first deal and have been targeting areas in Washington state. Just wanted to intro myself and connect with any owners / investors who are familiar with areas that have high concentrations of parks within the state.

@Andre Garbo You may want to check with the manufactured housing association in the area(s) where you want to buy. Many times, they have directories of their members who tend to be mobile home park owners and anyone else working in the industry.
Another option is to check with local mobile home dealerships in your area. In the past, I've found them to be good sources of information and referrals. Since they're in the business day in and day out, they probably know some of the mobile home park owners in the area if they do business with them.

@Andre Garbo There’s a brokerage team that’s very active in Washington state known as the Cross group. Google the Cross group, and you will find them. They are well-connected in the Northwest.
