is there a place I can find the average mobile home pad fee for parks in Maine?

The state varies too much, north to south, rural to populated so like @Mario Dattilo said check nearby. Bangor area I think highest is $500 and lowest is $225 with 300-400 being average. Mine are at $325 but will be going to $350 and $375 first of year. I paved the road on one going to 375 and upgraded considerably and it includes water and sewer. The 350 ones are decent and I’m staying just below what out of state buyers are doing. My parks are almost full and theirs have many move outs as mortgage on private land is lower than their lot rent. One of the highest in my town is $435 now and they have about 30% vacancy and do nothing to improve park. I don’t particularly like the greed model that many are following but it allows me to be a better option and increase my revenue.
