Besides the BiggerPockets conference (which is fantastic, and I wish they would announce where and when soon), what other similar type conferences do you recommend for 2022

@Jim Miller

It's so weird how there's such a taboo feeling about speaking of other similar conferences here..

In the past, I've gone to the Mrlandlord conference a bunch of times, as well a the OREIA (Ohio) annual conference. I made a lot of lifelong friends and contacts through mr landlord, but feel like I and many of my friends from it have outgrown it. I didn't make any good contacts out of the OREIA one after a few trips to it. OREIA has a one day dealmaker's forum for advanced investors and I'd go just for that event alone.

I also attended the first bigger pockets conference in Denver. It was great. Only $200 and loaded with great speakers.

I'm looking for something that is solid and doesn't have a lot of sales pitches with good people.... hopefully we'll get some more ideas.
