Turn Key Investments for Rental: Spartan or others

Hi there Bigger Pockets folks! I am new to the community and have been reading thru some forum posts to learn a bit. I found Spartan thru some podcasts and looked them up here on BP, found some great reviews but most are older ( around 4 yrs). Is there anyone out there still doing business with them? Good or bad, I  would love to hear some more recent feedback. I am also looking for other similar companies in great markets. Thanks
