Some of the tokenization I have seen has been buying small pieces of a property which seems like it is overpriced and a boatload of management fees and the exit is “let’s hope it appreciates”.

Unless there is a secondary market for people to sell their tokens, I don’t see big difference between it and traditional syndications.
