I did quite well during the last recession. Although I don't think we'll see the same price plummet, we should at least see a correction, maybe 2019 house prices.

True. But I saw today that a good portion of this number is people seeking second (or even third) jobs just to get by.
Numbers can be massaged any which way.....we must stay focused on reality.....
