New Construction Sevier County TN Smoky Mountains
What can I expect to spend per square foot for a new construction in Sevier County TN. I have land and looking to build. I'me speaking to a builder now who is finishing up a quote for me this week. He said were at around $340 square ft. This is for a 1300 square ft. custom cabin. I wasn't expecting it to be that much. Is this normal for todays rates or am I being overcharged. Also if anyone can recommended a good trustworthy builder in the area.
