Estate Sales: what to ask the realtor, seller

I was driving to the bank the other day and saw a for sale sign in a good neighborhood. Talked to the realtor and she mentioned the owner passed away last year so it’s an estate sale.

What are some questions you’d go back to the realtor about in order to get the motivating factor for the family to sell or possibly use creative financing?

Estates are not looking for creative financing. They are looking to dispose of the assets to close out the estate.
