Hello, I am looking to find deals to wholesale to fix and flippers in the Indianapolis area, Do any investors have any advice for me as it relates to that area, such as more "it is harder on the east side to find deals"? Just got Privvy today and looking at MLS and foreclosures for deals so anything will surely help.
