I am interested in investing in Indiana or Kansas City. Would like some BPers expertise in good locations to invest.

I tend to invest in SFH, but am open to multiplexes.

I currently live in Hawaii and have invest out of state before. Would also like to get hooked up with a good team if anyone is up to it.

The market is growing in Indiana but most everything cheap needs major repairs.

Does anyone know how the market in Evansville is? I have friends out there, but they are not real estate centric... Want to get an idea of the potential growth for buy and hold properties. Early research shows a declining population, but I'd love to get more experienced opinions. Thanks all!
