Investing in a A+++ SFR
Hello, I would like to know whether paying all cash for a SFR in a class A+++ neighborhood is a good investment if I can get it below market value? I have another 5-10 years to retire and I do not want another loan. The funds will come out of my retirement account. I also have four other SFR rentals in very good areas that are doing well.
