Advice on STR properties in Pittsburgh, PA.

Hi there,

I'm looking for advice on buying STR properties in Pittsburgh. I've spent most of my life in California (SF/LA) and have been in Pittsburgh for only two years, so I'm still getting familiar with the area.

Does anyone know of RE agents in Pittsburgh who specialize in STR investments? Recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Anything else I should know when searching for STR opportunities to invest in Pittsburgh? I'd love to hear your insights!
