Who’s Actively Buying in Gary, Hammond, & East Chicago?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been digging into the Gary/Hammond/East Chicago market lately and noticed there are quite a few single-family and multi-family properties moving in the $30k–$120k range. From what I’m seeing, these look like solid opportunities for flips or rentals.
Are any of you currently investing in this area? If so, what's your strategy (flips, rentals, BRRRR)? And have you found competition heating up?
