Which city to go to?
Hi everybody. I have a client wanting to buy, rehab and flip in volume that I can't do in Memphis. They have the end buyers and the money and they want me to help them purchase.
Problem is I only know Memphis and there just isn't enough inventory to buy decent packets, 20 to 40 homes at a time.
So any recommendations on cities with enough inventory to make buying decent packets possible that has a reasonable investment story?
