Is there a site where I can find owner financed properties in NY (Rochester & FingerLakes)?

Any help or pointers greatly needed. I am currently residing in Ireland and have 2 properties in the 2 areas.

Thanks all!!!

1) The MLS. I bought my very first house right off the MLS and the seller offered financing. Have your agent ask the seller if they would consider owner financing.

2) Do your own direct marketing.
