I've been looking for properties from wholesalers and I've noticed they don't price them in the price rang i need. Example below: My question is can i negotiate with wholesalers? Should i be able to get down to my price rang or are their prices set in stone? Thank you for your time!

ARV: $109,000

Cost: $51,000

Rehab: $34,000

Price i want to buy at: $109,000 x 70% - Rehab = $42,300

@Leo Lanza Yes you can absolutely negotiate. That is, you can tell them the amount you would pay.   They may or may not have enough margin and may or may not have other buyers.

Keep in mind that most wholesalers are not good and are trying to peddle deals that are not deals. They may not be able to come because they haven't even got a good deal.

Just like from other sources you'll need to look at a lot of houses for wholesale before you find the one that is right for you.  This isn't like ordering a Big Mac. Deals are not produced when and where and how you want them. But they are out there.
