Hi BP Community! I'm just looking to increase my knowledge on Auctions and the process. Anyone out there know the ins and outs that they can share? Is it really literally standing on the courthouse steps like in the TV shows? Do you come with all cash or are you able to come with financing? Any other insight on the process?
