Don't do what I did
Placed a bid on Auction.com and put down my $2,500 deposit for for a SFH an hour
away,thinking if i get it at this price I can't lose. Wrong! I then looked up property to find out taxes are 8,000 a year, with rents between 700-800 a month !
When will i learn from all you smart people here to do my research first .
Luckily, someone outbid me , but not before i was up all night worrying i might win it.
