Louisville, KY: Favorite Zips to Invest In?

I am thinking about looking in other areas (currently in 40218) to invest in and I am very intrigued by the Hillview (40229) area. Any thoughts/feedback?

What are some other areas everyone is looking/investing into?

Thanks,

The answer really lies in what type of investing you want to do.  You can make money in every single zip code.  You just have to take a different approach.  Renting in 40206 is MUCH different than 40210.  Likewise, flipping in Anchorage is a heck of a lot different than doing it in Okolona.   I don't do the west end and typically avoid Newberg, but I know many people who have made fortunes in both areas.
