If owner is willing to carry a portion of mortgage, can that be applied to down payment?
I found a 6 unit apartment building that is listed at 275k and the owner is willing to carry 70k to help the buyer. In what way can I take advantage of this to acquire property with little money out of pocket? Looking to make a move on this asap if possible.
