Things have been so hectic on my end I almost forgot to let you all know I just close a deal! I would like to thank bigger pockets members for their support and I look forward to closing many more deals

North Gwinnett county in Atlanta is a hot market right now. Houses are showing active and gone in 24 - 48 hours.
