2016 was a great year. Whether it was Multiunits, Single Family, or Townhouse, Buyer or seller I got them closed. Here is a small snapshot. Referrals are welcomed.

Ive seen some blocks in East Point that have increased in value, while others have dropped. There have been a bunch of half occupied multiunits on Harlan and single family homes on Akron that have gotten my attention. One part does not seem to be able to attract renters, per the vacancies/for rent signs. Does anyone know what is going on in this area?

If there is anything I can do to help just ask. Im in Suwanee and have worked the north and south of Atlanta and beyond. Please share more of your construction experiences and Im sure you will pick up some new friends/clients on BP very quickly.

I am happy to report, I have successfully assisted my fellow members purchase their first properties. As with any purchase, patience and analysis was done perfectly. The market has been great for them and continues to be great. Norcross and Atlanta markets have been good for the first time investors. Cashflow on the properties and sound deals have made some newbies very happy.

I have been working those areas as well. Helped a couple investors grab some good ones in Lithonia. I will add you guys to my list to alert.
