Flood Zone

Hello All,

I am looking at a house in a flood zone. It is a Zone A, which is the one that requires flood insurance.  After reading about the flood zone posts on BP's, I am sure that purchasing in a flood zone is a no-no if you can help it.  Is that how you all feel?
