Interested and looking at a property in Richmond. I am considering putting an offer for this house,3/2/2 1542 sq.ft. It says it had a prior foundation repair. Any thoughts suggestions on this one.

Richmond is a fast growing area of SW Houston. I suspect buy & holds will be rewarding, especially after the 59 expansion is completed.

In many parts of Richmond, TX there are two kinds of foundations - 1.) Foundations that have had repairs 2.) Foundations that will have repairs ;-) Check and see if there is a transferable foundation warranty. Many times this information is on the Seller's Disclosure that the seller is required to provide.
That is a FACT!!! I tell all my clients that. It isn't a matter of will it have foundation problems... it's a matter of when!!
