All cash investor DFW looking for property ASAP!

Hello All,

Here is what I am looking for...SFR 3/2, I live in Wylie but I am willing to go 30-60 miles for the right property. I am an all cash buyer and will act fast. I am currently about to list my 4th flip property and will be doing REI full time in about 4-6 weeks. I have done my flips on the side thus far and why I am looking for some help now. I am a real estate agent (got license just for REI) but I have not had the time to devote to finding properties like I would like while working my current position with my family business. Also, if anyone knows a great turn key contracting company I would be very interested. I have a good team in place but they are not used to rehabbing entire homes and a little slower than I would like, also they can only do one property at a time. Since I will be doing this full time in the next month or so I will want to do multiple properties and would like to try out a turnkey contractor.

So to recap....I need contacts to help me find properties be it RE agents, wholesalers, birdogs, ect.  I also need a good turnkey contractor.  Any other advice from seasoned vets would be awesome.  I am still learning so much and very eager to network.
