Would you sit tight and wait to go to market?

I'm doing a house flip in New Jersey which is set to be completed at the end of November. In New Jersey, as in most markets, November and December tend to be extremely slow months in terms of sales and the market tends to pick up again in January. Would you consider sitting for a month or two and put the house on the market in January when more buyers tend to be looking? One detail worth noting is that there is no loan on the property so holding costs are relatively low.
