Same day double closing on mobile home

Hi all and attention to mobile home investors,

I recently got a single wide mobile home under a purchase agreement and would like to know how to do a double closing. From what I’m finding out, mobile home title falls into the same category as a vehicle and title can be transfer at the DMV or county record office.

Can I do a double closing on the same day? If yes, how would I go about structuring this? Do I close with the A seller first and then meet with the C buyer? Do I have to wait for the new title to be mailed to me before I can close the B to C leg?
