Hello Guys,

I'm just trying to start a Forum where us Investors talk about what areas are hot in the D.C., Maryland and Virginia region.  Please feel free to comment on the area that you're working. Who know if we get each others info.  Networking is key on completing deals!!!!!!!

If you are looking for appreciation, I kind of like the north end part of 20851, parts of 20906, parts of Alexandria, and Brightwood in DC. Im also intrigued by Ivy City. For flips I like Petworth, Brightwood and Trinidad. Ive seen some succesful flips in Rockville too, but acquiring the property is harder. For cash flow I like Laurel and Frederick.
