Quickest deal you've ever completed
Good afternoon All,
I have been speaking with this gentleman facing foreclosure for the last week. He has been telling me his property goes up for sale in kid December but today he calls me with desperation in his voice telling me his auction date is December 3rd.
Not sure how this will work out considering the remainder of this week is thanksgiving.
What has been your quickest deal and please share how you got it done as quickly as you did.
