Hi everyone So all the pros over here Is now going to be a good time to buy real estate or the market is going to crush as the rumors.... Not investment property house for my family In Florida ....

Over the long term, buying a primary residence almost always makes sense, assuming you purchase a house at a reasonable price that is within your budget, and you do not plan on moving for an extended period of time. The market moves up and down and a correction in the near future would not surprise me, but long term you should be alright.
