Hi,

I'm interested to buy a property which is live auction today. This property is occupied and I wanted to know that they mentioned "Property may be subject to leasehold interests or other rights or claims of various tenants or other occupants, and Buyer may be subject to the United States Service Members Civil Relief Act, or other federal, state or local law, as applicable" in auction disclaimers.

Is this right property to buy? 

Good profit on this property, please anyone suggest me exactly how to deal with this .
