Buying with No Money Down

This question is to anyone who has truly starting investing in real estate with absolutely no money down? What steps did you take to get funding for your first deal. There is a Turnkey opportunity for fourplex near me in Tampa that I think would generate cash flow! But What do I do next, what type of professional do I reach out to first to help me analyze this property who has a lot more experience than I do. I'm tired of watching the houses I think are good deals be sold because I failed to take action! Can someone guide me in the right direction with what I need to do next please?

Hello, from what i understand, wholesaling can be done with no money down, but really you are still gonna need to spend some money because you have to market yourself somehow, spend money for resources i.e. Bigger Pockets paid subscription, gas to travel to see properties and contacts, and possibly money for a down payment if you're able to get a property under contract with a seller, i hope my opinion can help you a bit, happy investing!
